This was important for us, because apparently there were really no comparable houses nearby to help establish a price. However, Theresa and Kevin were able to call on their experience to establish a price that was very fair to us as sellers, sat well with the appraiser, and also got the house sold within a week. That says the Edwards Team monitors the pulse of the market very accurately.- They were honest, pointing out areas where our 19-year-old house needed repairs and updates before selling. They were also upfront with us about timing (our repairs took longer than expected, so that we missed the peak selling window).- They were supportive, explaining the process thoroughly, and answering our nervous texts or calls promptly. When a contractor needed access and we were out of town, Kevin was there to let him in and supervise his work. When a door looked ugly, Theresa rolled up her sleeves and painted it. They installed lights, updated cabinet handles, and generally helped us to polish the house. To sum it all up, we are extremely satisfied customers.
